HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN!!!!!HARRISON AND I ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE A HUSBAND AND DADDY LIKE YOU. WE LOVE YOU AND ARE SO PROUD OF ALL YOU HAVE DONE. THANKS FOR BEING SUCH A HARD WORKER AND GIVING US THE CHANCE TO STAY HOME TOGETHER. WE LOVE YOU AND COULD NOT PICTURE OUR LIVES WITHOUT YOU.
We had a good weekend but it was not as planned. We all got home Friday night then John worked some on Saturday and we had planned on going to a birthday party Saturday afternoon and to an event at church. Well the birthday party was canceled and then we had some friends (Bennie and Judy Pearson) call and said that they were coming through town and wondered if they could stop by for a visit. We love company and John misses spending time with his friends that he used to farm with so we did not make it to church but we had a great visit. Sunday afternoon after working in the yard working on flower beds, thinning out flowers, and cutting down a tree (pictures below) we worked on Harrison's first Jack-o-lantern. Last year we did have a costume for Harrison and he was in it long enough for a picture but for those who knew us this time last year, know how unhappy Harrison was this time of the year. Between his reflux and milk issues he cried about 20 hours a day. It was not a happy time in our house and I don't even think we had a pumpkin. Anyway Harrison thought it was great to take the seeds out and then to put the top back on.
Just a couple pictures from the yard .
Several people have asked or emailed about Harrison's milk and thank goodness the Silk seems to be working great so no more HIGH DOLLAR milk in our house and we are so thankful. Speaking of thankful, we had someone look at the condo yesterday and someone looking, well, actually right now as I type this so continue to pray that we get an offer on it, I will keep everyone updated.
